I really appreciated how this hotel is just a few steps from the Play Street Museum, perfect for a fun walk with family and friends, and nearby, the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve gives you a beautiful escape into nature without going far from the city vibe.

I cannot believe how frustrating my stay was. The elevator was right next to my room, making sleep nearly impossible. Getting a functioning remote took forever, and the phone didn't even work to call the desk for help! I ended up leaving after only one night instead of my booked two.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was really spacious, with a nice separation between the bed area and the sofa seating. I loved the walk-in shower. it felt modern. The additional sink and fridge were super useful, especially with my dog tagging along. Breakfast options were good but not the best. had real eggs and potatoes. The bed was pretty firm, standard for hotels. A microwave could’ve been a nice touch though.

This place was a perfect match for a weekend in Plano with definitely value for money. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options to start the day right. Keep an eye out for the bar hours.

Room was spacious with a comfy sofa bed. Had a fridge, coffee maker, and big flat-screen TV. Loved how everything was clean. Breakfast had good options like scrambled eggs and sausage links. The pool area looked relaxing. Staff was super helpful, especially West who fixed our room issues. Nice location near restaurants and shops.

Despite the minor hiccups, the positives really stood out, especially the supportive staff and comforting room environment.
